TEAMLINK is an AI-driven SaaS platform which assists stakeholders within the property industry through live reporting, workflow automation and management. As a UX/UI Designer, I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing and sales.

My key responsibilities include:

• Work with patented technology

• Led the redesign of TEAMLINK’s Agency Portal and project listing homepage for web and mobile platforms, employing an iterative design process.

• Created a custom design system to ensure consistency and coherency across the entire TEAMLINK platform.

• Developed training videos for the Agency Portal, ensuring seamless user onboarding and adoption.

• Mentored and coached junior designers and interns to foster their professional growth.

• Conducted webinars and presentations at agent days to engage potential and existing clients.
